Responding to the contemporary approach to human resources management, DPort Services and PCDC consider their employees as the companies’ core competitive advantage. In this light, George has adopted a humanistic managerial approach out of principle – one invested in cultivating the staff’s inherent potential – which contributes to the work ethos and corporate values of DPort Services and PCDC while also extends itself to society. To support DPort Services and PCDC employees and their families as part of the corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, George has launched a series of social initiatives on behalf of the company, devoted to the support of the social, cultural and economic activities central to communities and their future, with particular focus on children.
